on purpose but when she's taking twelve a day instead of the two prescribed it’s cold turkey for a week till the script gets refilled and she'd have him in the hospital with some fake illness trying to get a script for him or sneaking around begging it off patients and visitors or stealing it out of a purse i've seen her at the bottom rocked my mom back and forth on the couch her pale skin sweating through a sheet. |
