| Their skid row romance
of wine and dimes junk food dates from the dollar menus unshaved laughter oily hair and finger nails of soot somehow started when they found each-other on the streets on the dole and she will soon be a baby’s mama and he not wanting to be a deadbeat dad found them a half way house where they can raise the kid on food stamps and a panhandler's salary just another hard luck love story bitter sweet as whiskey in the afternoon |
