| Sunday morning
on Broadway on my way to feed my friend Will’s cat a girl about fifteen rocks herself on a rail outside a bank her clothes are last season and her hair still shines but her speech slurs as she ask me for coin shaking my head looking at her backpack overstuffed with fraying straps I keep moving without opening my mouth she tells me have a nice day |
