| No longer a vegetarian,
I bathe in the TV light-- A fiery collision Of unspecified objects. I witness the winter Creeping away. It melts backwards. Suddenly able to eat steak, I cringe at the sizzle and pop And inhale the sweet death. Looking scientifically At the small grease bubble That suddenly burns my skin, I am absorbed in the activity. Fork in flesh, Blood pooling on my plate. |
