| i wake around noon
the alarm clock won’t speak to me until i get a job. my sense of being in the universe somewhere between a gnat on a horse’s ass and a potato. there’s a half-dozen bottles on the counter lined up in a row waiting for Andy Warhol to come back from the dead and paint them. i’m useless as the rusting hulks of abandoned steel factories. the Hell’s Angels are roaring by outside back from their latest revenge killing distributing meth from Ohio to California doing something useful with their lives. |
