Wait, it gets better. I have situated my life so that nothing is inconstant Inconsistency leads to suspicion and we all know what happens then. I have to explain the spots on the walls dent in the door shift in the wind weather dust blinking Steptford Wives have nothing on me. I can't walk too fast in a store I can't walk too slow either If something catches my eye, I can't look it. I have to know the answers to everything Why did you slow Why did you speed Why did you look Why did you move Why did you stop Why were you born? Im an encyclopedia of "I don't know" I answer it all with a smile but it's never good enough Every inconsitancy Traffic Family plans Sick friends Car battery dies Flat tire Program was cancelled Someone changed their minds They all fall on my shoulders. My, extremely gullable, hopelessly (and i MEAN hopelessly) in love overly burdened and under appreciated shoulders. And I would be lying, if i said, I don't hate myself a little more each day. Lifes more than a bitch..... its the product of a bitch who gives birth to a boy. |
