and a laugh which
vibrated more than
a womanâ?Ts
ears

he served his perfection
on a silver platter for
my dining pleasure
while hiding the
secret-asshole-uniform
that all men keep
in their back pockets
like a thwarted
Clark Kent

and I wait
in anguished anticipation
for the first random
phone booth
we would pass
