| He’s kissed the needle too long, Addicted to a black lullaby, A child Taking the easy road out of this hell, The orgasm exclamation, the freight train, the bullet… Knowing that the only mercy will be a breath like impatient love sinking into a bruise Or the good ghosts laughing as he nods into night, Fingers stained with the last bits and pieces Of the world. |
