So, if the choice were mine,
would I have you again?
Or might any proceedings
with a lover of any design
Potentially cause this corporeal
exploding, and recoiling?
My craving and vanity may
well be the stars and the stones,
And you, but a hologram,
a projection, a diagram botched

The answer, dear Frankenstein,
false lover, oh traitor,
Is that occasion hurdled us,
bodies and whim, together
Mischief -- that was the seed
-- and we traveled a time
Jousting to conquer, waiting
for boredom, tracing seduction
Until a night of blunder –
I arrived, truly naked,
ungilded, as me
